This Colombian coffee is a sweet, pureed raspberry jam with accents of cocoa and brown sugar. The syrupy texture, juicy fruit, and chocolate finish create a balanced and comfortable cup. Perfect as an everyday coffee, both for pour-overs and espresso.
Coffee from the Risaralda region, grown on the Mustafá family's farms at an altitude of 1,550 meters above sea level. The Castillo and Catimor varieties are used. This coffee, from La Cabra's longtime partner, Ana Mustafá, is characterized by the classic purity of a Colombian cup and a perfect balance of sweetness and depth.
