Since 2017, this farm in Boquete has become a global benchmark for top-tier Panamanian coffees, proving that high-level coffee is a blend of vision and tradition.
This Geisha is processed using a highly precise Double Phase Anaerobic Washed method. This two-stage controlled fermentation is designed to achieve maximum clarity and aromatic complexity without obscuring the coffee's true identity. In the cup, it is delicate and refined: floral jasmine notes blend seamlessly with nectarine and green apple, complemented by subtle green tea accents. With a clean body and high sweetness, this coffee offers a clarity that persists elegantly in the aftertaste. A true masterpiece of modern processing.
