Moklair – Colombia Finca Milan Watermelon is an ultra-modern, spectacular Risaralda coffee created by Julio César Madrid at the legendary Finca Milan. Thanks to the innovative NG (Nitro-Gas) Co-Fermentation process, the coffee achieves an extremely pure yet intensely fruity profile. With an SCA score of 89 and a Prodige rating, it is one of the most exciting coffee experiments available on the market.
The aroma is immediately striking, with watermelon and cantaloupe – juicy, fresh, and almost creamy. A hibiscus floral note emerges on the palate, adding lightness and tea-like elegance. The overall flavor is very fruity, but not wild – nitrogen fermentation provides clarity and structure, ensuring the coffee remains clean, sweet, and harmonious. Acidity is low, and the round, smooth body gives the impression of fruity nectar.
