Classic Tanzania Fully Washed SL-28 with notes of citrus, caramel, and almond. Tanzania Tembo Tembo is a clear and sophisticated coffee with a profile of grapefruit, caramel, marzipan, and cherry clafoutis (like a French pastry ;) ). The SL-28 variety, grown at an altitude of 1750–1950 meters above sea level in the Karatu region, under the watchful eye of producer Leon Christianakis, produces a cup with a clean structure, delicate sweetness, and bright, fruity acidity. The Fully Washed processing emphasizes the clarity and elegance of this flight.
