Ethiopia Gargari is an experimental coffee from Ethiopia, processed using the Carbonic Maceration Natural (Amber) method as part of Project Origin. Local heirloom varieties are used, and the entire process focuses on maximizing aromatic intensity while maintaining clarity and structure. This is a coffee from the modern Ethiopian category – clearly fermented, yet controlled and elegant. The profile is deep and layered. Carbonic maceration gives the coffee juiciness and density, with a distinct fruity core and rounded sweetness. The overall flavor is intense yet clean – without aggressive fermentation, with a long, soft finish and a clear sense of process control.
