Produced under the expert guidance of washing station manager Ibrahim Kiganda (2nd place at the Africa Barista Championship 2025), this lot from Mount Elgon features an exceptional blend of Nyasaland, SL14, and SL28. By fermenting strictly selected cherries (min. 17% Brix) anaerobically for 120 hours with PK1 yeast, the team achieved a playful yet impeccably clean cup.
