Ana Sora is a light and luminous coffee from Ethiopia – delicate notes of stone fruit create a backdrop for intense citrus aromas, with a distinct lemon accent and bergamot. A fresh, juicy, and very clear cup – perfect for fans of pure, tea-like Ethiopian coffees.
Coffee from the new Elto Coffee station – Ana Sora in the Guji region, near Adola. This coffee consists primarily of local heirloom varieties, processed with attention to purity and freshness. A perfect example of a classic Ethiopian cup with notes of citrus and stone fruit.
