The Naughty Dog – Colombia Pink Bourbon P02 is a highly exclusive, special edition lot that masterfully showcases advanced post-harvest innovation. Cultivated at an altitude of 1850–1960 MASL in the Tolima / Cauca region by the renowned producer Diego Samuel, this lot consists entirely of the prized Pink Bourbon variety. Harvested in Autumn 2025, the cherries undergo a highly precise, technical fermentation protocol within a washed framework (Washed), driving immense aromatic complexity while maintaining pristine cup discipline and structural clarity.

The resulting cup features excellent flavor separation, a complex body, and high structural sweetness. It opens with the crisp brightness of sweet lemon, closely followed by highly sophisticated undertones of complex orange wine and tart cranberries. This dynamic fruit core is perfectly balanced by a rich, velvety-smooth finish reminiscent of a creamy chocolate milk shake. Lightly roasted with outstanding consistency for filter extraction, this lot delivers exceptional depth across manual pour-overs like the Hario V60.
