The first washed Ethiopian in Beansmith's lineup is finally here! Compared to last year's, this year's Ethiopian coffee is definitely better. Wonderfully sweet, fruity, and very aromatic. Simply the perfect coffee for summer. Beansmith's Barista Notes: A light, fruity filter with a dominant sweetness of stone fruit and a green tea aroma. First and foremost, we must admit that the Bochesa truly captivated us. It's a very pleasant coffee to drink all day long. The body is dominated by notes of peach, complemented by strawberries and sweet mandarin. Thanks to the faster extraction, a hint of lychee also appears in the body. Notes of green tea are always easily detectable in the aftertaste. The filter is characterized by medium sweetness and medium acidity, reminiscent of lemon and apple.
