Pink Bourbon from farmer Marisol Ñañéz is a wonderful, clean, and juicy brew that some might associate with Kenyan coffee. Coffees from this plantation arrive at Beansmith's roastery every harvest. This year, the body is dominated by the distinct fruitiness of hibiscus tea and purple grapes, which gradually melds in the mouth into a sweetness reminiscent of fudge.
The coffee has medium to high acidity, supported by medium to high sweetness. This is a balanced cup of fruity coffee.
