Colombia Sprinkles is the second anniversary coffee prepared to celebrate the 6th anniversary of the DAK roastery. It comes from Colombia – an origin to which DAK regularly returns not only for excellent beans but also for a space for experimentation and discovery.
This batch from Finca Anaya, fermented with yeast (yeast inoculated), perfectly reflects the roastery's character: playful, colorful, and unconventional.
The cup is dominated by hard candy, which gives the coffee a sugary sweetness. It is accompanied by fruity yogurt, creamy and soft, and the whole is brightened by a juicy touch of pineapple juice, bringing freshness and tropical energy.
