These beans are unique as they consist exclusively of the legendary SL28 and SL34 varieties – without the addition of modern hybrids that often dilute the distinctive flavor of coffees from this region. As a result, Sparkling Dew is pure, vibrating energy in a cup, sourced from high-altitude farms at 1900 m above sea level.
Expect total juiciness: the foreground is dominated by blackcurrant, the quintessential attribute of the finest Kenyan lots. It is accompanied by crisp grapefruit and exotic kiwi, which lend the brew an incredible freshness. The classic Fully Washed processing ensures that the coffee is clear, "sparkling," and perfectly balanced. Barista's tip: brew with boiling water (100°C) and be sure to let the beans "breathe" after opening the bag!
