Grown at 1780 MASL in Recinas, Acevedo (Huila) by producer Maria Belen Diaz, this lot benefits from pristine high-altitude microclimates. The coffee underwent a flawless fully washed method (Washed), striping away heavy processing overtones to let the delicate, structured, and inherently complex characteristics of the Papayo variety shine through completely.

The resulting cup features an elegant, tea-like clarity paired with crisp fruit definition. It opens with the bright, snappy tartness of fresh currants and juicy pomegranate seeds. The mid-palate introduces a refreshing layer of sparkling citrus balanced by the mellow, comforting sweetness of ripe pear. The entire tasting experience is elevated by a clean, lingering finish reminiscent of premium tea.
