KB Coffee Roasters - Ethiopia Shakiso is a classic washed from the Guji region (Oromia), sourced from the Shakiso station, which collaborates with over 500 small-scale producers. Grown at an altitude of 1950–2100 meters above sea level, using local varieties and JARC and Heirloom selections, this coffee showcases the pure, elegant side of Ethiopian profiles – bright, clear, and very precise.
Apricots and peaches dominate the cup, juicy and naturally sweet. They are accompanied by citrus fruits that give the coffee a fresh and light feel. The whole sits on a tea-like structure, with a distinct, delicate accent of jasmine emphasizing the finesse and purity of the profile. The coffee is light, clear, and very elegant – perfect for fans of classic Ethiopian washed.
