From the Quindío region of Colombia comes this extraordinary coffee from Edwin Noreña, a producer known for his innovative fermentation methods. This batch from the Campo Hermoso farm (1650–1900 m above sea level) is an exceptional example of Co-Ferment with the addition of coconut mosto, which gives the Caturra and Castillo beans a creamy, tropical character. The honey treatment highlights the natural sweetness and complexity of this unique composition.
