This coffee from Edwin Noreña from the Campo Hermoso farm (1650–1900 m above sea level) in the Quindío region, Colombia, is another experimental flight in the Mossto Co-Ferment series. The fermentation process uses gulupa (a passion fruit variety), giving the beans a unique tropical freshness and natural sweetness. The Caturra variety and Honey processing create a complex yet harmonious profile—ideal for pour-over brewing.
