This exceptional bourbon from Edwin Noreña at the Campo Hermoso farm (1600–2070 m above sea level) in the Quindío region, Colombia, is prepared using the experimental Natural Mossto Recirculated process. Known for its elegant sweetness and complexity, the Pink Bourbon has been subjected to a circular fermentation process using must from previous batches, resulting in an exceptionally deep and multi-layered profile. This competition-grade coffee is lightly roasted and designed for pour-over methods.
