At the washing station, the cherries are fermented for approximately 16 hours, depending on weather conditions. The coffee is then rinsed with pure mountain spring water, giving the beans exceptional freshness. After washing and sorting, the parchment coffee is dried on elevated beds for 14–21 days, a traditional method that intensifies the flavor and aroma of the beans. The perfect coffee for fans of bold, crisp flavors.
