This coffee exemplifies the elegance of the Gedeb region – intense yet pure. Pomegranate imbues the brew with a deep fruitiness, panela brings a caramelly, natural sweetness, and citrusy lemon peel emphasizes lightness and freshness. Hand-harvested, wet-fermented, and slow-drying on African beds produce an exceptionally clear and aromatic profile.
Kolibri Coffee's Gedeb is a classic, washed Ethiopian from the Yirgacheffe region, grown at altitudes up to 2,200 meters above sea level. The sensory profile combines the richness of pomegranate with the caramel sweetness of panela and the citrus freshness of lemon peel.
