Kolibri Coffee – Kenya Nandi Hills is a single-origin specialty coffee sourced from the Nandi County in Kenya (1600–1800 MASL). Produced by regional smallholders in the Great Rift area, this lot combines the Batian and Ruiru 11 varieties. Departing from traditional wet processing, this coffee undergoes an Anaerobic Natural process. Oxygen-deprived fermentation enhances fruit sugars and body while yielding vibrant, complex aromatics.

The resulting filter roast demonstrates a bold, juicy taste profile with rich sweetness. The sensory hierarchy features distinctive notes of spiced plum and sweet purple candy, balanced by a tropical finish of ripe mango. Lightly roasted for manual pour-over extraction, it performs consistently across tools like the Hario V60, Chemex, and AeroPress.
