Norman has spent nearly two decades perfecting his craft, and since 2018, he has specialized in natural processing, consistently delivering coffees with remarkable clarity and a bold character.
A blend of Nyasaland, SL14, and SL28 varieties grown at altitudes reaching 2,000 MASL, this coffee offers a rich and complex cup. You can expect distinct notes of blueberry and fig, brightened by a zesty grapefruit acidity and grounded by a brown sugar sweetness. Roasted as an omni roast, Muki Fruity is versatile enough to shine as a fruit-forward filter coffee or a juicy, modern espresso.
