Nolens Volens Roastery - Costa Rica Don Alexis Centroamericano - 250g
Here we have one of the most talked-about hybrids (genetic crosses of two botanical coffee varieties) in recent times – the high-end, expensive, and incredibly delicious Sudan Rume was crossed with the stable and prolific Sarchimor variety. Centroamericano, as the fruit of this experiment was named, gives growers a significantly higher yield, is easier to cultivate, and is less susceptible to disease.
This coffee is a very delicate, elegant natural that delighted us with its fresh, crisp character. It tastes like Don Alexis, yet so different!
