THE DAILY NUT's first edition features Brazil Peaberry from the Carmo de Minas region. Carmo de Minas is a microregion located in Minas Gerais, a region responsible for half of Brazil's production. Plantations in this area are located in fertile areas at altitudes between 900 and 1500 meters above sea level. Despite the predominantly sunny weather, temperatures are mild, and rainfall is evenly distributed throughout the year. Thanks to these attributes, a delicious espresso with notes of dried fruit, hazelnuts, and dark chocolate flows into your cup. A classic in the best sense of the word!
