This exceptional coffee comes from the mountainous region of Copán, from the Altos de Erapuca farm, run by Sindy Dayanna Fortín, a fourth-generation coffee grower. Based on her experience in Europe, Sindy founded the Emerga Coffees project, supporting producers committed to quality and transparency. The Red Catuai variety was subjected to a 72-hour charcoal maceration, which allowed for the extraction of its deep notes and exceptional sweetness.
