Delicate, complex, and incredibly aromatic. Juicy notes of peach and creamy lemon curd dominate the cup, offset by the citrusy freshness of bergamot. A touch of goji berries completes the whole, bringing a slightly exotic sweetness. This coffee has a balanced structure and pleasant acidity. Bochesa is a coffee from a wash in Arbegona Wereda, Sidama, established in 2022. Grown at an altitude of 2000–2100 meters above sea level by over 800 local farmers, it undergoes a washed process and impresses with its purity and elegance of flavor.
