If you're looking for a smooth coffee that will satisfy you every day, I think you've come to the right place. Clean, with a low but bright acidity that reminds me of stone fruit. Plus, a sweetness of caramel and cocoa in the finish. I think it's nice to return to something like this in this age of crazy processing and varietals. Personally, I'll just say - cheers.
