Good Coffee - Etiopia Karmachi - 250g

This coffee tastes delicious for at least a week after roasting. An added bonus: you'll extract the perfect acidity by brewing it in under three minutes. Geisha beans come from the Kaffa region, near the Bench Maji forest, which is considered the origin of the Geisha variety. Arabica grows there not only in home gardens and fields, but also wild in the forest. The berries, harvested by smallholder farmers from the fields and forest, are transported to a local processing station, where they are washed and sorted. They are then transferred to drying platforms. There, they are turned twice daily and dried for approximately 20 days. Due to the proximity of the rainforest, the humidity is high, and rain falls even during the dry season, so drying time can be longer. The beans—still encased in dried skin and pulp—are aged for another two months before the pulp is removed, packaged, and prepared for export.
