Fiftybeans – Wild Nectar is the result of a long-standing partnership with Oscar Hernández from the Los Nogales farm. This is not just a coffee, but a carefully engineered blend of two varieties: Colombia (providing deep sweetness) and the rare Bourbon Ají (bringing incredible fruitiness). The processing is pure science – the cherries underwent a "thermal shock" at 90°C to release sugars, followed by fermentation in mosto with added yeasts. The result? An incredibly clean yet complex brew with perfect balance.
