This fresh crop blend brings together top-tier components from the Autumn 2025 harvest, combining a stellar Colombian lot from the legendary processor Diego Samuel with the crisp, elegant Ethiopian Taferi Kela. Both coffees undergo a meticulous fully washed process, ensuring immaculate cup clarity, high-definition flavor separation, and a beautifully refreshing character.
The resulting cup is wonderfully juicy, sweet, and boasts a highly pleasant medium acidity. It opens with the sun-ripened sweetness of plush apricot, closely followed by an incredibly smooth, indulgent layer of a creamy strawberry milkshake and playful notes of fruit candies. The entire experience concludes with a crisp, clean, and highly thirst-quenching iced tea finish. Lightly roasted, it performs phenomenally across all pour-over techniques (V60, AeroPress, Batch Brew) and makes a spectacular, crisp cold brew.
