AMOC Coffee – 025 Ethiopia marks the return of a washed classic, sourced through the pioneering Single Farmer Project. This lot comes from Mr. Ocholo Bedecho’s 8-hectare farm in the Haro Wachu area of Guji. By focusing on single-producer lots, AMOC provides a direct link to the farmer’s heritage and meticulous work. Grown in deep red volcanic soil at altitudes up to 2,000 MASL, these heirloom varieties represent the archetypal brilliance of Ethiopian specialty coffee.
The experience is remarkably juicy, clean, and layered. It opens with vibrant notes of bergamot and a structured black tea backbone, characteristic of high-quality washed Guji lots. Delicate jasmine florals add a fragrant lift, while a grounding hint of chocolate provides a smooth, balanced finish. This coffee is a celebration of clarity and tradition, making it an essential choice for pour-over enthusiasts looking for a complex, tea-like cup with 100% traceability.
