The components consist of 50% washed Ethiopian beans providing a floral, tea-like base, complemented by natural and fermented lots from Colombia, Peru, Rwanda, Costa Rica, or Nicaragua. Lightly roasted, this blend optimizes sweetness and organic fruit acidity when extracted with cold water.
