Concept Coffee - Indonesia Kerinci Anaerobic Natural - 250g

Concept Coffee – Indonesia Kerinci is a spectacular single-origin specialty coffee that completely redefines the flavor expectations of Sumatran lots. Featuring regional Andung Sari and Sigarar varieties, this coffee is grown in the fertile volcanic soil surrounding Mount Kerinci by the Koerintji Barokah Bersama cooperative. Managed by Triyono, the lot underwent a highly precise Anaerobic Natural process. Ripe cherries were sealed in airtight bags for 7 days at a stable temperature, followed by 20–23 days of slow drying inside covered domes to protect them from weather changes.

The resulting cup features an incredibly dense fruit complexity and a velvety texture. It opens with the comforting, spicy aromatics of mulled wine paired with the juicy sweetness of ripe plums and heavy layers of chewy raisins. This intensely sweet, fermented profile is beautifully anchored by a clean, lingering finish of rich cacao. Lightly roasted for filter extraction, this lot yields exceptional clarity and depth through manual pour-over equipment like the Hario V60.
