Friedhats – Colombia Diego Horta is a single-origin specialty coffee sourced from the organic farm El Rincon in the Huila region. Producer Diego Horta showcases the highly sought-after Pink Bourbon variety, grown at an altitude of 1600–1700 MASL. The cherries undergo a traditional fully washed process (Washed). This processing choice ensures excellent cup clarity, highlighting the intrinsic varietal characteristics without any fermentative heavy notes.
The resulting cup features a bright, clean, and juicy profile. It offers distinct and sweet notes of fresh raspberry paired with the unique, aromatic citrus kick of kaffir lime. A smooth layer of natural honey provides a sweet and well-rounded finish. Lightly roasted for filter extraction, this coffee delivers high flavor definition through manual brewing equipment like the Hario V60 or Chemex.
