KB Coffee Roasters - Colombia El Diviso Typica Mejorado is one of the most spectacular coffee flights from Pitalito (Huila), produced by Nestor Lasso at the renowned El Diviso farm. The Typica Mejorado variety has been subjected to an extremely precise Natural Anaerobic Thermal Shock process, giving the coffee an ultra-juicy, modern, and competitive character.
Watermelon and melon explode in the aroma – fresh, watery, and very bright. Cherry appears on the palate, bringing a sweet-sour, fruity structure. Tropical fruits – mango, pineapple, and papaya – then develop, creating the impression of a fruity smoothie or sorbet. The coffee is extremely juicy, with high, clean acidity, very intense sweetness, and a long, fruity finish. The profile is modern, clear, and absolutely spectacular.
