This lot features the rare and highly prized Sudan Rume variety, grown at altitudes between 1870 and 2000 meters. The beans underwent an advanced Thermal Shock Washed process with the addition of "mosto," which intensifies the aromatic complexity while maintaining a crystalline clarity in the cup.
