Kaffeelix - Etiopia Lalesa - 250g
In the cup, the coffee is layered and exceptionally clear. Nectarine and apricot open, juicy and sweet, with an elegant, fruity freshness. The middle is built on black tea and flowers, with a distinct hibiscus accent, which brings a slightly winey, tea-like character. Plum develops in the background, and the whole is brought together by a subtle hint of strawberry punch – aromatic, yet understated. The body is medium, smooth, and very elegant, and the overall finish remains perfectly balanced: "funky," yet clean, precise, and refined. Ethiopia Lalesa is a unique blend from the Gedeb district, originating from the small Lalesa site, located at an altitude of 2150–2200 meters above sea level. Heirloom varieties grow here in the shade of Ensete trees. After harvest, they undergo a 9-day anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying. This coffee has been processed in a modern way, yet with great sensitivity – intense, yet clean and perfectly balanced, in the exact style of Kaffeelix.
