El Diviso Colombia is the result of the work of Nestor and Adrian Lasso, who transformed their family farm into a center of innovative fermentation processes. Grown at an altitude of 1,750 meters above sea level in the Pitalito region of Huila, the Caturra variety has been washed with Thermal Shock, intensifying its aromas and giving the coffee exceptional purity. This is a modern, refined blend of tradition and experimentation.
