Their farm is nestled in a biodiversity-rich area where the unique microclimate favors the most elegant expression of the Geisha variety. This coffee is designed for purists seeking clarity, lightness, and an almost ethereal purity in their cup.

Utilizing a classic Washed process, this Geisha offers a profile that is incredibly precise and bright. Controlled fermentation and careful washing highlight the variety’s most noble characteristics. Mi Finquita opens with delicate jasmine aromas, complemented by soft notes of peach. The taste brings refreshing green tea tones, medium acidity, and a very light body.
