Roast date: 20.06.2025

Momento Coffee - Cup of Joe Espresso - 1kg
Cup of Joe represents coffee accessible to everyone. You can brew it using any method and achieve satisfying results. A typical cup of coffee that will lift your spirits whenever you need it. No surprises; characteristic notes of chocolate, nuts, and a hint of toffee. The beans come from Brazil, from one of the fourteen coffee regions – Mogiana. This is a collection from an association of regional producers in two varieties – Mundo Novo and Catuai. The coffee plant grows at altitudes of 950–1100 meters above sea level.
This region in Brazil is recognized for the extraordinary sweetness of its coffees. A distinctive feature of Mogiana is its geographical location on the border of the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, which allows for a huge diversity of coffee terroir. What else sets Mogiana apart? Unlike the large Brazilian farms, this region is made up primarily of small and medium-sized coffee producers who cultivate a rich tradition in the coffee industry.
Sensory Profile: Chocolate, nuts, toffee
