People Possession – Kenya AB Thiririka is a specialty coffee from Kiambu, Kenya, grown at an elevation of 1,600–1,800 metres above sea level. Cherries are supplied by local farmers to the Githembé station, with the lot consisting of Batian, SL34, Ruiru 11 and SL28 varieties.
The coffee is processed using the classic Washed method, highlighting a clean and distinctive cup. Its unusual flavour profile combines notes of dried tomato and chamomile with the character of blueberry tea and the sweetness of panela.
