This coffee is an explosion of fresh and unconventional flavors – from juicy lychee, through notes reminiscent of IPA, to exotic carambola. Mosto Natural is an innovative fermentation method using "mosto," a liquid base from the previous batch, teeming with microorganisms. This allows Los Nogales to offer beans of exceptional complexity that still retain their pure and fruity structure. A light roast highlights the crispness and clarity of this coffee, making it ideal for pour-over methods.
