The Naughty Dog - Ethiopia Gedeb - 200g
The Naughty Dog - Ethiopia Gedeb Lalesa is a fresh, natural selection from the high-mountain Gedeb region of Ethiopia, harvested in January 2025 at an altitude of 2150–2200 meters above sea level. Heirloom varieties and the natural slow-dry process produce a coffee that is exceptionally aromatic, juicy, and clear despite its intense fruitiness.
Pink grapefruit immediately emerges in the aroma – fresh, slightly winey, and very lively. The caramel sweetness of a lollipop joins the palate, beautifully balancing the citrus acidity. Milk chocolate appears in the background, lending creaminess and softness, and the whole is brought together by an elegant, slightly fermented note of white wine. The coffee is bright, juicy, and very clean, with a long, sweet-citrus finish.
