Naughty Surfer is an espresso blend that rides the wave of contrast, balancing high-energy fruitiness with creamy harmony. The Czech masters at The Naughty Dog crafted this mix using two stellar components: a refined Colombian Gesha from Finca El Mirador and a vibrant Ethiopian lot from the Gotiti station in Yirgacheffe. It’s a marriage of Colombian elegance and Ethiopian aromatic intensity.
Both coffees were processed using the Natural (dry) method, allowing the beans to soak up fruit sugars during drying. This results in an espresso with a clean body and a juicy, elevated acidity. The palate is led by playful notes of strawberry and raspberry, which gracefully transition into a sweet, velvety finish reminiscent of nougat pralines. Complex yet approachable, it’s an espresso that keeps you coming back for more.
