element. – Ethiopia Sidama Bensa is a high-altitude single-origin specialty coffee from the Sidama region, produced by Daye Bensa. This lot consists of traditional Heirloom varieties grown at altitudes between 2120 and 2210 MASL. The coffee undergoes a controlled 96-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by dry processing (Natural / Anaerobic 96h). This prolonged fermentation phase increases organic sugar concentration and enhances sweetness without processing defects.

The resulting cup delivers a clean, light body with high flavor separation. The sensory profile leads with dense notes of sweet strawberry jam integrated with a smooth base of nougat. The finish is rounded out by a delicate, crisp note of white tea. Lightly roasted for filter extraction, this high-density lot is designed for manual pour-overs like the Hario V60, AeroPress, or cold extractions such as Cold Brew.
