After a 96-hour Natural Anaerobic fermentation at the farm, the cherries are moved to the cooler climate of Loja for slow, meticulous drying, ensuring a cup that is as stable as it is vibrant.

The experience is incredibly juicy and complex, characterized by a thick, jammy mouthfeel. Expect a burst of sweet raspberries balanced by the delicate, fragrant notes of magnolia.
