A distinct, creamy banana sweetness emerges in the cup, giving the coffee a pleasant smoothness. Next comes the pomegranate – slightly juicy, bringing freshness and moderate, fruity acidity. The finish is rounded off by hazelnut, adding warmth and a delicate, dessert note. The overall flavor is clean, sweet, and well-balanced, with medium acidity. Beansmith's – Uganda Mukuru Florals is a naturally processed coffee from the Mbale region, Mount Elgon, sourced from The Coffee Gardens. Grown at an altitude of 1800–2200 meters above sea level, using SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varieties, it showcases a fresh, modern side of Uganda. This is one of the first batches from the producer's anaerobic fermentation experiments – clean, sweet, and very pleasant. Ideal for pour-over methods.
