A specialty coffee from Indonesian Sumatra, locally processed with wet hulling, produced by the women's group Poda. The taste is pure holiday spirit: herbs, spices, citrus, and marzipan create a warm, enveloping profile that perfectly complements December rituals. Perfect for the festive season.
Indonesia Poda is a blend of two local botanical varieties – Tim Tim and Gayo 1. Both are widely cultivated in Indonesia, and Tim Tim is particularly prized in Sumatra, where this coffee originates. The combination of terroir and processing method gives it a uniquely festive character. The aroma features herbal and spicy notes, reminiscent of cloves and chamomile, with a delicate citrus accent. The flavor is dominated by cloves, citrus, and citrus peel, complemented by a distinct marzipan, particularly noticeable in the long aftertaste.
