Concept Coffee – Colombia Berry Blast is a wild, intensely fruit-forward specialty coffee designed like a vibrant tribute to a fresh summer harvest. Sourced from the freshest seasonal crops across Tolima, Huila, and Caldas, this lot of Caturra and Colombia varieties is processed at the state-of-the-art El Vergel Estate as part of the Experimental Lab Project by Forest Coffee. The cherries undergo a technical Anaerobic Honey process co-fermented with red fruits and enriched with lactobacillus cultures. Sealed inside stainless steel bioreactors for 48 to 72 hours, this controlled environment drives profound fruit integration and structural sweetness into the seeds.

The resulting cup delivers a spectacular and wildly aromatic berry explosion. It kicks off with a prominent, juicy wave of sweet blackberry, plump blueberry, and ripe raspberry. This heavy berry sweetness is beautifully cut by a crisp, refreshing layer of zesty orange and sparkling citrus brightness. Lightly roasted for filter extractions, this clean and beautifully balanced lot yields incredible flavor separation and immense clarity across manual pour-overs like the Hario V60.
