Czarna Fala – Brazil Cerrado Italiano is a classic, single-origin Arabica crafted for those who appreciate the traditional, northern Italian espresso style. The beans belong to the Catucai Amarelo variety and come from Fazenda Santa Adelia in the Cerrado Mineiro region, produced by Lazaro Tome de Rezende. Processed using the traditional Natural method, this lot has been roasted slightly darker by head roaster Rafał Sakłacki to eliminate acidity, maximize body consistency, and boost natural sweetness.

The resulting cup features a heavy mouthfeel, low acidity, and a rich, dessert-like profile. It opens with intense, comforting notes of dark cocoa and smooth, sugary caramel, ending with a distinct, pleasant finish of roasted nuts. Roasted medium-dark for espresso extraction, this coffee performs exceptionally well in automatic bean-to-cup machines, moka pots, and traditional espresso setups, cutting through milk perfectly to create rich milk-based beverages.
