This is an exceptionally elegant and aromatic Chiroso washed from the Finca Los Tres Mosqueteros farm in Antioquia, located at an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level. Thanks to the rare, multi-day layered washed fermentation, the coffee gains an unprecedented depth of aroma while maintaining an absolutely pure profile.
The aroma reveals distinct mint and verbena, lending the cup a fresh and light feel. Floral notes, reminiscent of lavender and wildflowers, dominate the flavor, combined with the delicate, tea-like structure of Chiroso. The coffee is crystal clear, subtly sweet, and very elegant, with a long, fresh, and slightly herbal-floral finish.
